The Position

In your role, you will have the opportunity to turn your passion and “connector” skills into real opportunities for your candidates by proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities and building on existing clients relationships.  You will thrive on providing them insights via our white papers and salary guides and your local market knowledge.

You will be interacting to find and engage with a wide range of professionals in your market and introducing them to new exciting opportunities that will make a lasting impression on their career.  You will create the competitive advantage that will differentiate you in the marketplace by building your personal brand and leveraging our social networks to share your expertise.

What You’ll Require

  • You know you love sales supported by previous sales experience of B2B, B2C, Inside Sales or outbound Telemarketing experience.
  • You are goal-oriented, purposeful in building new and existing relationships, competitive but thrive in a team environment with the self-motivation to make things happen!.
