The Position

In your role, as a Recruiter you will have the opportunity to turn your passion and “connector” skills into real opportunities for your candidates by proactively identifying. You will be interacting to find and engage with a wide range of professionals in your market and introducing them to new exciting opportunities that will make a lasting impression on their career.  


  • Atend industry networking events

  • Business Deevelopment 

  • Follow up with former placements and star candidates

  • Be a face and spokesperson for our team and values within the industry

  • Build, identify, source and qualify list of prospective candidates

  • Headhunt candidates for roles as required

  • Interview candidates for potential opportunities

  • Call references for potential hires

  • Coordinate interviews for successful candidates and debrief candidates post-interview

  • Manage and respond to leads, prospects and candidates as required


What You’ll Require

  • You know you love sales supported by previous sales experience.
  • You are goal-oriented, purposeful in building new and existing relationships, competitive but thrive in a team environment with the self-motivation to make things happen.
  •  Ability and desire to be highly engaged in your work, and to expect to be involved outside of the 9-5 
  • Passion for employee engagement and recruitment
  •  Very well developed EQ - you will be the first contact for potential candidates 
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities 
  •  Strong team oriented working style • Exceptional verbal and written communication
