Hays are currently recruiting for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to work in our well-established Huddersfield office.
Your new role in recruitment
Recruitment is fast-paced and dynamic, every day you'll make a lasting impact. As a Recruitment Consultant you'll source candidates and win business from clients and match the right candidate to the right job to make fees. What you'll need to succeed with us
There's not one typical person that makes a good Recruitment Consultant. We've got people from all kinds of backgrounds – graduates, non-graduates, sales professionals, retailers, ex-tradespeople, people from hospitality or real estate. Unlike other agencies we don’t need you to have previous recruitment experience.
To succeed in recruitment you'll need to demonstrate that you're sales driven, results-focused, and possess an ambitious drive to succeed. Recruitment is hard work and it takes time and perseverance to achieve results so resilience, persistence and determination is key. You need to be passionate about sales, people-focused, outgoing and confident.
Due to the nature of the role, you must have a full UK driving licence to be considered for these roles.
