IT Contracting – Key Account Manager
Hays Information Technology are the market leaders in Scotland in contract technology recruitment and currently have an opportunity for an established Recruitment or Sales professional due to additional investment in growing this business further.
As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of clients including existing, historical and target organisations. You will be proactive in developing relationships face to face and over the phone, have a flexible approach and be able to demonstrate a track of record of closing sales across individual business opportunities and larger account wins using a more strategic approach to market.
In order to succeed you will have to be persistent and resilient. You may not have worked in technology but you will need the aptitude to break down and understand how organisations use their Contractor base to deliver on Programmes of work, and have the ability to articulate how Hays value proposition differentiates from our competitors.
