What you'll need to succeed
There's not one typical person that makes a good Recruiter…and unlike other agencies we don’t need you to have previous recruitment or sales experience.
To succeed you will need to be sales driven, results-focused, and possess an ambitious drive to succeed. Recruitment is hard work and it takes time to achieve results so resilience, persistence and determination is key. You need to be passionate about sales, people-focused, outgoing and confident.
It is essential you have a valid driving licence and are eligible to work in the UK before applying.
