IT Key Account Manager (KAMGLA3)

As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of clients including existing, historical and target organisations. You will be proactive in developing relationships face to face and over the phone. You will have a flexible approach and be able to demonstrate a track of record of quick wins through “tactical” sales and larger account wins through a “strategic” approach.
In order to succeed you will have to be persistent and resilient. You may not have worked in technology but you will need the aptitude to break down and understand how organisations use their Contractor base to deliver on Programmes of work and have the ability to articulate how Hays value proposition differentiates from our competitors.
