Your new role

One of your key responsibilities is to find and attract the best candidates to fulfill the international vacancies at one of our international high-tech clients. Hereby you have a critical position in the recruitment process. Your main focus is to source technical professionals through several online and offline channels, all across the globe. You will be responsible for the postings of positions on multiple channels and need to effectively manage the talent pool of candidates. Therefore you will conduct interviews by phone, coordinate the recruitment process and make shortlists of candidates.

Recruiting the best candidates with a technical background requires a high amount of dedication. To make sure you will succeed, you will be working within an enthusiast and ambitious team in a dynamic environment with enough space for personal development.

What you’ll need to succeed

We are looking for someone with at least a bachelor degree or MBO+ level with a couple of years’ working experience and high-tech affinity. Preferably you have recruitment experience within a technical environment. The jobs you search professionals for are permanent, as well as temporary. This means that you need to be able to find candidates on short-term. It in your nature to attract the right talent in a creative and distinctive way and you must have strong sourcing and networking skills. Therefore, an accurate way of working and a sense of discreteness is needed. Outstanding English communication skills (verbal and written) are highly valuated, because you will have contact with various stakeholders in a corporate environment on a daily basis.
