Your new role at Hays
You are ready for the next step! No cold calling, no acquisition or external client visits, but you will become a part of both Hays and our new client. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be working in the on-site team of Hays Talent Solutions. One of your key responsibilities is to find and attract the best candidates to fulfill the international vacancies for our client.
You have a leading position in the recruitment process. Your main focus is to source, attract and hire technical professionals through several online and offline channels, all across the globe. You will be responsible for the postings of positions on multiple channels and you need to effectively manage the talent pool of candidates. Therefore you will conduct interviews, coordinate the recruitment process and make shortlists of candidates. You will work closely together with the hiring community and HR team, and you will be their trusted recruitment advisor.
What you will need to succeed
In order to be successful as a Corporate Recruiter, you have at least a bachelor’s degree and a couple of years working experience within (agency and/or corporate) recruitment.
Preferably you have recruitment experience within a technical environment. The jobs you search for are temporary and permanent positions. It is in your nature to attract the right talent in a creative and distinctive way and you must have strong sourcing and networking skills.
Therefore an accurate way of working and a sense of discreteness is needed. Outstanding Dutch and English communication skills (verbal and written) are a must have, you will be closely working with various stakeholders in an international corporate environment.
