The Position

In your role as an IT Account Manager you will have the opportunity to turn your passion and “connector” skills into real opportunities for your candidates by proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities and building on existing clients relationships. You will thrive on providing them insights via our white papers and salary guides and your own local market knowledge. You will:

  • Identify new revenue opportunities – independently researching potential new accounts and identifying key decision makers
  • Conduct new sales calls and in person meetings
  • Manage negotiations and identification of recruitment solutions to meet customer needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders

What You’ll Require

You know you love sales and have a min 6 previous sales experience of B2B, B2C, inside sales or outbound sales experience. You are goal-oriented, purposeful in building new and existing relationships, competitive but thrive in a team environment with the self-motivation to make things happen!

  • A self-starter who is motivated with high energy and is results-oriented
  • Proven track record of closing leads, exceeding sales quotas and managing sales pipeline
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present to and influence key stakeholders
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to meet customer needs
