We are looking for a part time Vendor Specialist to join our team!

Your new role:

  • Negotiating all conditions with third party suppliers and is responsible for the accuracy of documents
  • Being responsible for communication with IT contractors in administrative matters
  • Being responsible for the accuracy of reporting
  • Managing the internal financial system, including the input of all data
  • Regular reporting
  • Checking and archiving orders, timesheets and invoices, collecting timesheets and invoices
  • Extending contracts with third party contractors and suppliers
  • Handling overdue invoices with clients
  • Supporting of the ITC department within administrative activities

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Administrative background
  • Supportive attitude
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
  • Great organization- and time management skills
