This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level position into one of the world’s leading recruitment companies or for someone with a recruitment background looking for a change of direction. As the successful candidate, your main areas of responsibility will be to ensure, through a rigorous series of checks, that candidates assigned through Hays meet the highest standards of care and customer service.

Your new role

As part of the compliance team, you will work closely with the Consultants when processing offers with all compliance needs. This includes but not limited to referencing, visa checks, passport verification, DBS checks, Security clearance, and various other checks regarding compliance depending on client specific requirements & internal standards. You will be dealing with Hays consultants over the phone and will be responsible for making sure all processes run in a timely and effective manner.  You will identify areas of non-conformity whilst providing support and advice for consultants and candidate's on missing information. 

What you’ll need to succeed

Ensuring that all candidates are dealt with in an effective & efficient manner, you will have a strong eye for detail, enjoy working in a busy office environment and enjoy working to targets.The ability to accurately record and capture information is vital for this role as is a genuine passion for customer satisfaction. A background in customer service or compliance would be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided
