TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Hays Slough are looking for ambitious people to join the Digital Marketing team. Hays Specialist Recruitment are a FTSE listed business, operating in 33 countries across the world and recruiting into 22 specialisms including marketing, procurement, finance, technology, construction, education and office support.
You will work in a customer focused environment, networking with local candidates and client to hit individual and team targets. The Slough office has consistently performed well over the past few years and is now looking to grow further.
Key duties will include:
* Making business development (sales) calls
* Arranging and attending client meetings
* Speaking to candidates about their job search, providing CV advice and giving interview tips.
* Interviewing candidates
* Writing job adverts
* Marketing to candidates and clients
* Using LinkedIn for networking and brand engagement
You will be inquisitive and be able to question effectively. You will have some previous office based experience either in administration, sales or customer service and be looking for a career rather than just a job.
We'll provide world class training and a clear promotion structure (which can include promotion to Consultant at 6 months and Senior Consultant by 12 months). Training includes on the job training with top performing Managers & Directors, 8 days of specialist classroom recruitment training run by our Central Training Team in London as well as online systems courses and weekly webinars.
