Your new role

As an Executive Researcher at Hays in Dublin, you will perform the typical duties of an executive search researcher. You will work closely with the Senior Manager and Senior Researcher to put together tenders for perspective clients. As a researcher you will assist in the delivery of leadership level candidates on retained executive search assignments. You will be tasked with thoroughly researching markets, companies and people, identifying and engaging with relevant talent and delivering a considered proposition of the opportunity to them. On a day to day basis you will continually develop an understanding of the competitive market in which clients operate, identify the appropriate candidates through research and head-hunting.You will be required to manage and post job adds and ensure they are of the highest quality. You will arrange candidate interviews and guide the candidate through the interview process from start to finish. You will keep abreast and up to date with the latest developments in the market and researching potential job leads.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will be research driven with the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and in a dynamic working environment. You will be required to have excellent communication skills both written and verbally, you will need to communicate your research to the Senior Researcher and Senior Manager as well as liaise with candidate that will having varying professional levels. If you are motivated and ambitious you will be able to progress quickly as there is an excellent opportunity to grow in this role. You must be comfortable and interested in both conducting primary internet based research and analysing the results. You will have a natural ability to build relationships with Senior stakeholders and candidates. Ideally you will have a degree and have strong IT skills.
