Your new company
Hays are the largest specialist recruitment agency, with over 250 offices in 33 countries across the globe. Hays is recognised in the recruitment sector for its industry leading training & development opportunities. 97% of the consultants in our London Victoria office started with no recruitment experience and have become experts in the field of recruitment as a result of our training academy. Our Employer of Choice awards from Rate My Placement, JobCrowd and Glassdoor demonstrate our commitment to ensuring all of our employees feel valued and are rewarded for their successes. To continue our growth, we are creating opportunities for aspiring trainee Recruitment Consultants in our London Victoria office.
Your new role
As a trainee Recruitment Consultant you will manage the full life cycle of permanent recruitment. You will win new clients and build professional relationships with both candidates and clients. Ebury Gate’s Social Care team recently won the Team of the Year and highest billing office of the year at the recent Social Care conference. We currently have a vacancy on an interim Qualified Social Work desk to work across all 32 London Boroughs. We enjoy Master Vendor status with Haringey and City of London and the desk is currently billing £7,500 across these two boroughs alone; whilst these two councils will keep the desk busy the challenge is to work both with and around the other suppliers and increase volumes into other Local Authorities. There is also the chance to work with Charities as recent fills with both the Scouts and Football Associations prove. The team is growing at present and you will be working with two other QSW recruiters in the office, alongside the wider team and will continue to enjoy a close relationship with the wider QSW community throughout the UK.
