 Account Manager – London Ambulance Service (Hays Managed Service) 

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

Hays are now on the lookout for an onsite Account Manager to be based from one of our established clients in Barking and Croydon. In this exciting role you will be responsible for assisting strategic overview of client recruitment campaigns. Alongside relationship building, you will have ownership of your own projects and manage two onsite recruitment partners.  This role will see you working with the on site recruitment Partners to ensure that we deliver on all elements of the Master Vendor campaign and Source suitable candidates for all of the roles that require filling. This is a superb opportunity for someone looking to work in a delivery focused role handling high volume contingent recruitment campaigns

What you'll need to succeed with us

The role will require you to travel between the two sites in Barking and Croydon as well as working from HAYS offices.

To succeed you'll need to demonstrate that you're sales driven, results-focused, and possess an ambitious drive to succeed in a competitive and fast paced environment. You will possess the ability to build successful relationships with clients and candidates and show outstanding interpersonal skills to maintain relationships.

You will be ambitious and driven to develop your market quickly and show an inquisitive nature and thirst for knowledge. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, show attention to detail and a strong work ethic in order to succeed.

Recruitment is hard work and it takes time and perseverance to achieve results so resilience, persistence and determination are key. You need to be passionate about people, outgoing and confident.
